What is a PDF pattern?

A PDF pattern is an electronic pattern in a format that you can download to your computer. PDF stands for ‘portable document format’ which means the file can be viewed on all computers ( either Mac or PC ) and can be accessed by email or download. You will need Adobe Reader to open the file and this can be downloaded free here

Can I get paper copies of your patterns?

Although most of the designs sold here are in PDF format only (so you can get started immediately) some patterns are available in printed form. Products are clearly listed as either PDF download or printed pattern so please ensure when placing your order that you select the correct item before making your purchase. 'Collection One' is now available in PDF through my Ravelry Pattern Store here

Pattern copyright

As my patterns are covered by copyright please do not share them in electronic or paper form or sell any knitted items created using my designs. You are welcome to knit, share and enjoy my free patterns in any way you like.

What happens after I’ve paid for my pattern?

All patterns are delivered using the Loveknitting.com / Ravelry automated service. Immediately after you’ve completed the payment process you’ll be redirected to the download page that will give you instant access to your purchase. You will also receive a ‘thank you’ email which confirms your order and contains a link for you to download your pattern(s). Once you click the link a pop up box will appear asking whether you want to “Save” or “Open” the file.  You can then choose where to save the file on your computer or print it off and get knitting.
